1. Consult with Us
Schedule a free call with us so that we can discuss your project. We want to know what your vision is. Feel free to ask us any questions that you have.
OUR PROCESS
3. Service Agreement and Invoice
When you are ready to begin, we will send a service agreement that outlines the terms of your project. A 50% deposit of the overall project cost is also required to begin.
2. Quote
We will provide a quote for the formula(s) via email.
4. Materials Ordered
We will begin sourcing all of the needed materials. This process can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks, depending on the ingredient list.
5. R&D Samples
After materials arrive, we will spend 2-3 weeks researching and developing before sending your very first sample. Step 5 will repeat until you are completely satisfied.
6. Formula Approval
Woohoo! When you are satisfied we will be ready to hand over the formula. But first, the final payment is due.
